Our corner lot is surrounded by trees and hard to miss. The pottery studio is the metal building accessible via 81st ave. You are welcome to park inside the gate in the gravel lot or on the street just outside the building.

We offer pottery classes on Fridays and Saturdays and by appointment.

Periodically we also have 6 week courses available for beginners who want to learn to master the fundamentals of throwing.

Each class is approximately 90 minutes.

The goal of the class is to experience the pottery wheel. You will have the opportunity to shape 2 balls of clay. We will guide you through the steps of throwing on the wheel. Some people end up with 2 pots, some with 1, sometimes with none. We encourage you to stay open to the final results.

At the end of the class you will select the color of your piece and we will glaze for you. The drying and firing process will take 2 weeks, after which you will return to pick up the pottery.
